SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIME

We offer two options for domesting shipping:

  • Economy (5 - 8 business days): $8.99
  • Express (1-2 business days): $21.99

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally with DHL. Shipping rates vary by destination, and please note that additional duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations.

PROCESSING

At this time, we are using a pre-order model. Please see the pre-order info page for more details and for processing times. Once complete, we will ship your order immediately.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Lost or stolen packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at support@rubyjonesny.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
  • Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@rubyjonesny.com with photos of the damage.

 

Returns and exchanges:

At Ruby Jones, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact Us: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team at support@rubyjonesny.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to help ensure products are delivered safely.

REFUNDS

  • Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@rubyjonesny.com.

EXCHANGES

  • Eligibility: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at support@rubyjonesny.com. Given our pre-order structure, please note that some items may not be available for exchange.
  • Process: If your exchange request is approved, we will send you details on where and how to ship your item back to us.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process the exchange.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@rubyjonesny.com with your order number and a photo of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
